How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 2000.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide immigration legal services to individuals and businesses. Many of our clients are seeking self-sponsored green cards, green cards through work, work based temporary visas, or family based green cards.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always been interested in immigration law and helping immigrants. I moved into immigration law soon after graduating from law school in 1994 and have been in this area since then. Previously I have worked with two other small law firms handling various immigration type cases. Prior to that I spent some time working for the Federal Courts in Baltimore City and helping with a consent order against the school system there.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We feel that we provide very personal and excellent services. We pride ourselves on submitting complete applications that get approved, and this is born out by our outstanding approval ratings in all categories. Unlike many firms, I, as my client's attorney, will meet with them, answer the emails and phone calls, and generally provide them all the time they need without limit. While we do have paralegals that help with cases, they are there in addition to the attorney, not to replace the attorney.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location, but do plan on opening an office in Baltimore City as well.

We are at the corner of Wisconsin Avenue and East-West Highway and Old Georgetown Road in Bethesda Maryland and are located directly above the Bethesda Metro station.
What type of payments do you accept?
Check, credit card and cash.
Which areas do you service?
All areas across the US as well as those in foreign countries as well.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Adam Frank and Brendan Delaney are the two owners who run the business.
What are your hours of operation?
9-5:30 or by appointment.
