I started by buying a vacation home in West Virginia, added a 2nd one in 2005.
Since then investing and RESIDENTIAL SALES seems like a natural progression
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
. Long & Foster and I, are a team of accumulated 90 years experience. Doesn't it make sense to put that experience to work for you; to understand your concerns; to advise and guide you through the process.
I have been in business(in general) for 45 years; all of it here in Maryland. Coincidentally so has Long and Foster.(they are located in 6 other states, besides MD). That is a powerful force to have working for you?!

I own 2 homes in West Virginia: 2 homes we did a complete rehab.
Our plan is to sell one of the homes in West Virginia, and both in DC
