How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've worked in my husbands home building business and property management business for 12 yearsI So, you could say it's in my blood :)
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have one of the largest list of new homes and new home building lots for sale in the Arlington, Bethesda, Chevy Chase, McLean, Potomac, Rockville, N.W. Washington D.C. area. Plus, my team works closely with my husbands team of award winning interior designers, home designers and home builders. My clients in the market for property to tear down and build a new home get a full service which can reduce their risk. The entire real estate team can analyze the cost of the land, cost of new home, cost of site, permitting and utility costs. And we found clients have more confidence and peace of mind placing an offer on a property when all the costs are known up front and there a no hidden costs.
