How long have you been in business?
Plans and Solutions was incorporated 1996. Its owner had many years of experience before that.
What is your primary product or service?
Help with marketing in the USA. We can work with any product and have special expertise with imported foods, food ingredients and beverages.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have many years experience working with international development projects in the areas of small business assistance, marketing and export promotion.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I usually don't chargefor an initial consultation,and I try to give every client more than his or her money's worth.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location and no plans to expand. If often hire consultants in other U.S.cities and sometimes in foreign countries.

Plans and Solutions is home-based in Derwood MD and meets clients in a variety of locations.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, checks, PayPal, Western Union transfers and bank transfers.
Which areas do you service?
Most clients are local (D.C. and maryland) or international, mostly from Latin America and Caribbean countries.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Kenneth D. Weiss, BSB/U. of Minnesota, MBA/Stanford, other post-graduate studies, and many years of experience. Currently President of the Gaithersburg Rotary Club.
What are your hours of operation?
Normally Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (with a long lunch hour)
