How long have you been in business?
Steven Loewy, who heads the Bethesda office, has been practicing law for more than 30 years. The other attorneys in our firm have been practicing law for varied lengths of time.
What is your primary product or service?
We are attorneys that draft leases for landlords and review them for tenants. We also prepare purchase and sale agreements, and represent institutional lenders in preparing loan documents. We represent businesses in negotiating loan documents with lenders. We have participated in transactions from $1-5 Million to those up to $100 Million. We can also represent buyers and sellers of businesses.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We don't try to do everything. We do one thing well: offer representation as commercial real estate and business attorneys. Our attorneys are licensed in Maryland, Virginia, D.C., and Pennsylvania. We do not draft wills, litigate in court, or do patent law.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have offices in Maryland, D.C., Virginia, and Philadelphia.
