Lindsay Bruce Ervin has been designing quality championship golf courses for 30 years. In 1976, we opened Hog Neck Golf Course in Easton, Maryland. In 1990 Golf Digest published their list of the ?Best Public Golf Courses in America? and Hog Neck was listed in the top 25. In 1994 the Queenstown Harbor Golf Links opened. Queenstown Harbor Gold Links is a 36 hole public golf course located in Queenstown, Maryland and to date this golf course has received more accolades that Hog Neck Golf Course. In 2005 we opened Compass Pointe Golf Courses which is a 36 hole public golf course, located in Pasadena, Maryland and owned by Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Compass Pointe GC has received some wonderful reviews in various golf magazines and in the newspapers. Thus, as you can see, we have been designing quality championship golf courses for 30 years, thus have the capabilities of providing you with all of the necessary golf course consulting services from the design to permitting and thru construction inspection in order to develop a quality, successful, "up-scale" golf course project. All of Lindsay Bruce Ervin, Inc.'s 18 hole public access golf courses are rated from 4 stars to 4 ? stars by "Golf Digest's Places to Play" 2010 book with 5 stars being the highest rating for a golf course. Only 17 public access golf courses (out of 4,000 courses) within the entire United States, Canada and Mexico have received a 5 star rating.
