We have been serving American businesses and government agencies for over 32 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Plain English writing and writing training for lawyers, accountants, businesses, and government.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
i have been interested in clear and efficient ways to communicate factual information for over 47 years as a law student, financial manager, risk manager, communication manager and employee benefits communication consultant. I was so interested in the subject that I wrote the only text book on writing employee benefit communications and contributed chapters and articles to other books, journals and magazines on communication by management.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We focus on how management can communicate its strategy and intelligence, as well as on finding where communications goes wrong and how to fix them.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One is fine. My consultants and I serve the entire nation through personal and electronic visits.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash is always nice. Checks are almost as nice, All charge cards are gratefully accepted.
Which areas do you service?
Metropolitan Washington, DC and the entire country.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
