What is your primary product or service?
We started building and selling custom computers and gradually moved to Networking and Application Support. We implement backup and security systems. Are specialists in Appraisal and Medical Billing software as well as software for arborists and plant health care specialists

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Programmed and Implemented the first Production Control and Scheduling System in the continental United States for Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. 40 years ago. Have been enthralled with computers ever since. Pioneered computer communication and Remote Job Entry

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We truly believe that our effort must directly increase our clients bottom line, indeed, that 20% of the cost to do a 'complete' project will bring 80% of the benefit. We have clients that have tripled their revenue without increasing overhead

How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We work out of our homes to keep our overheads (and, thereby, our rates) down. We can fix many problems remotely using state of the are remote computer control techniques.
